Volunteering at a distance 2021

This year's volunteering project, founded by many kind donations and pottery sales aims towards helping the elephants at Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai via planting banana plants. Due to the covid pandemic we have been unable to travel but 3000 (!!!) bananas were successfully planted by local workers.

The retributed planting work is a direct support to the locals and the mahouts (elephant caretakers) that take part in the project. The fruit of the banana plants will be food for the elephants in 10 to 15 months. Thank you to all donators!
