We have 5 days in Massafra exploring the Puglia from the Greek period, the masserias spread out in the countryside which are an architectural marvel and several beautiful mysterious rock churches with precious frescoes. In Basilicata, starting in Matera and continuing in Aliano we will walk on Carlo Levi's footh steps, "Christ stopped at Eboli" being our reference book. A full day discovering the Piccole dolomiti lucane on foot will be a chance to see a rather secluded part of the world. As in all our ventures, Italian food and wine will keep us good company. Warm and welcoming people will walk by our side. OBS! This trip is a total immersion in the Italian language, you are thus expected to have a good knowledge of Italian.

August - September 2025- Brenta Dolomites with trekking, music, Italian and a stopover in Rovereto

A one week trip where we go trekking in the beautiful Brenta Dolomites. Our base will be Madonna di Campiglio which is surrounded by the Dolomiti di Brenta thus being the perfect starting point for our treks. We have 4 dyas of trekking planned, 3 led by myself and one by a mountain guide. We will have the opportunity to listen to a concert high up in the mountains, as part of I suoni delle Dolomiti musical program. Madonna di Campiglio will unveil it's history coupled to the Autrian Hungarian Empire. We finish our week with a visit of Rovereto, a little gem that has a long history of silk production and which collects several interesting museums.
