September 2017 - Napoli, Italy

A one week trip in collaboration with Luca Cesarini where we have visited Napoli and Capri, climbed the Vesuvio, taken a boat ride along the amalfi coast to visit Amalfi and swim in the sea, tasted mozzarella di bufala and saw its production, picked grapes and participated in the S. Gennaro celebration in Napoli amongst many faithful napolitans. Many of us started the day with a one hour italian lesson. It is true that we eat to live and don't live to eat but we did have many happy moments around the table with good food and good wine!
