October 2009 - Panicale, Umbria, Italy

A one week trip with Luca Cesarini in the gentle hills of Umbria. The medieval town of Panicale was our base point. Olive picking and seeing our very own olive oil being pressed was a very exciting experience. On the footsteps of il Perugino and S.Francesco d'Asssi we visited Perugia and Assisi. Chiusi with its necropolis and its underground Etruscan tombs was the highlight of the Etruscan part of the trip. Good food, good company and an hour Italian every morning made this a very special week.
